Our Strategy

We focus on identifying and executing co-investments with established General Partners (GPs) and Independent Sponsors, as well as pursuing direct investment opportunities. Our approach involves a careful selection process to ensure alignment with partners who share our commitment to growth and value creation.

Our Focus

We target companies with an EBITDA between €1 million and €10 million, particularly those supported by sponsors in this range.

Our sectors of interest include Business Services, Niche Consumer Products, Distribution, and Light Manufacturing, with a geographical focus on Developed Europe and North America.

Independent Sponsor Co-Investments: We offer flexible capital solutions to Independent Sponsors, enabling transactions that might not fit traditional funding models. This allows us to support entrepreneurial teams and innovative businesses looking to grow.


Traditional Co-Investments: We work alongside established GPs to provide additional capital and strategic support. This collaboration allows us to contribute to the strategic direction of investments, helping to enhance outcomes and manage risks.
