Ellen van den Broek comes to Rise Point Capital with more than 15 years of experience in private equity, focusing on co-investments, secondaries and direct investments.

As Director of Private Equity Co-Investments at Capital Dynamics, Ellen was globally responsible for sourcing, executing and managing mid-market private equity investments. She previously founded Aurorae, advising institutional investors, GPs, family offices and companies on investment and fund strategy.

Earlier in her career Ellen worked at Partners Group, specialising in secondary transactions, and at ABN AMRO, where she was involved in buy-outs for financial sponsors.

Ellen earned her MBA with distinction from INSEAD. She is active as a mentor and speaker.
