What we invest in

Small and medium-sized companies in and around the Benelux.

We focus on established SME businesses within our investment themes, acquiring a majority or significant minority stake. We invest alongside incoming leadership and/or existing management through buy-ins, buy-outs and carve-outs.

Geography

    • Benelux, DACH, Nordics and the United Kingdom (within practical travel distance).

Company Size

    • Entry EBITDA of €1–3 million.
    • Enterprise value up to appr. €15 million.

Company Profile

    • Asset-light businesses.
    • Proven niche positioning.
    • Stable positive cash flows.

Ownership Stake

    • Majority or significant minority.

Equity Investment

    • €3–5 million per transaction.

Transaction Types

    • Business succession, owner retirement or pre-exit opportunities.
    • MBI, MBO, BIMBO transactions.
    • Carve-outs.
      Platform
    • Buy-and-build potential.

Not A Fit
