At Rise Point Capital, we recognize the critical role that ESG factors play in shaping long-term value and responsible investment outcomes. As controlling shareholders, we integrate ESG early in the investment process, guided by the Principles for Responsible Investment (“PRI”) and focused on material issues. Our approach includes regular ESG reporting, expert-led assessments, and close stakeholder engagement to ensure each portfolio company addresses key sustainability priorities.

We have adopted the following six ESG principles in line with the UN-supported PRI framework:

1. We will incorporate ESG issues into investment analysis and decision-making processes.
2. We will be active owners and incorporate ESG issues into our ownership policies and practices.
3. We will seek appropriate disclosure on ESG issues by the entities in which we invest.
4. We will promote acceptance and implementation of the Principles within the investment industry.
5. We will work together to enhance our effectiveness in implementing the Principles.
6. We will each report on our activities and progress towards implementing the Principles.

Our ESG approach aligns with the requirements of the EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR).
