Ellen van den Broek is a seasoned private equity professional with over 15 years of experience in co-investments, secondaries, and direct investments. As Director of Private Equity Co-Investments at Capital Dynamics, she sourced, executed, and managed mid-market private equity investments globally.

Previously, she founded Aurorae, providing hands-on investment expertise to institutional investors, family offices, and corporations. Her work spans primary, secondary, and direct transactions, cross-border acquisitions, and fund strategy advisory. Earlier roles include Partners Group, where she specialized in secondary transactions, and ABN AMRO, where she focused on financial sponsor buyouts.

Ellen holds an MBA from INSEAD and is an active industry mentor and speaker. Fluent in multiple languages, she brings a global perspective and strategic expertise that align with Rise Point Capital’s investment approach.
