Ramon Keijsers, partner at Rise Point Capital, brings deep experience in corporate finance, IT, e-commerce, and logistics. With a background in Industrial Engineering and early investment banking experience, he founded Paazl in 2009.

Under his leadership, venture capital-backed Paazl evolved into a leading cloud-based shipping solution for online retailers, seamlessly integrating with major carriers such as PostNL, UPS, and DHL. The platform revolutionized consumers’ delivery experience while significantly enhancing cross-border logistics for international brands such as Under Armour, Patagonia, Puma, and Rituals.

In 2023, Paazl was acquired by Wuunder, a delivery management specialist, marking a pivotal milestone in the company’s growth. Ramon played a key role in integrating both companies, unlocking new growth opportunities through the partnership.

Before founding Paazl, Ramon was an Associate Director at Holland Corporate Finance, now Oaklins Netherlands. His merger and acquisition experience includes several global tech divestments of Philips NV and sell-side trajectories to PE firms such as Egeria, Rabobank Capital, and Goldman Sachs.

During this time, he and Sergio worked closely together on several projects, honing their corporate finance and strategic transactions expertise. Here, a strong professional relationship was built that has been upheld since.

Ramon holds an MSc. in Industrial Engineering & Management from Twente University of Technology,  graduating in both Computer Science and Financial Markets & Business Economics. His entrepreneurial background, financial expertise, industry knowledge, and strategic vision align seamlessly with Rise Point Capital’s mission.
