Ramon Keijsers is the founder of and a Partner at Rise Point Capital.

Before founding Rise Point Capital, Ramon was the founder and CEO of Paazl, a SaaS platform for e-commerce logistics with partners including UPS, DHL, FedEx and PostNL, as well as customers such as Under Armour, Patagonia, Puma and Rituals. In 2023 he sold the company, in partnership with private-equity investor 5square, to Wuunder.

Ramon began his career at MeesPierson and later joined Oaklins, where he focused on mid-market mergers and acquisitions. As Associate Director he was involved in international carve-outs of Philips N.V. and transactions with private-equity investors including Holland Capital, Egeria, Rabo Capital and Goldman Sachs.

Ramon holds an engineering degree and an MSc in Industrial Engineering & Management from the University of Twente. He currently serves on the Board of Advisors of Run2Day.
